心律平(propafenone)是一种新的抗心律失常药.在成年动物心肌细胞上所得的结果认为该药属于Ic类抗心律失常药.本文采用细胞内微电极技术,观察5.8μmol·L~(-1)心律平对新生犬及成年犬心肌浦肯野纤维动作电位的影响.结果表明:1.5.8μmol·L~(-1)心律平灌流30 min后,新生犬动作电位上升幅度(APA)由给药前的124±4 mV降低到115±6 mV(n=6,P<0.01),为给药前的93%;零相最大上升速率(V_(max))由249±100v·s~(-1)下降到269±92 v·s~(-1)(n=7,P<0.01),为给药前的77%,成年犬APA则由125±2 mV降低到109±3 mV(n=6,P<0.01),为给药前的87%;V_(max)由334±127 v·s~(-1)下降到224±94 v·s~(-1)(n=7,P<0.01),
Propafenone is a new anti-arrhythmic drug, which is considered as an anti-arrhythmic agent of type Ic in adult animal cardiomyocytes.In this study, intracellular microelectrode technique was used to observe the effects of 5.8μmol·L ~ -1) cardioplegia on action potentials of cardiopulmonary Purkinje fibers in newborn dogs and adult dogs.The results showed that the action potential increase (APA) of newborn dogs after 30 min of 1.5.8μmol·L -1 cardiac perfusion, From 124 ± 4 mV to 115 ± 6 mV before administration (n = 6, P <0.01), 93% before administration; the maximal zero-phase rate of increase from 249 ± 100 v · s ~ (-1) decreased to 269 ± 92 v · s ~ (-1) (n = 7, P <0.01), which was 77% before administration. APA in adult dogs decreased from 125 ± 2 mV to 109 ± 3 mV (n = 6, P <0.01), which was 87% before administration; V max decreased from 334 ± 127 v · s -1 to 224 ± 94 v · s -1 (n = 7, P <0.01),
