目的 通过对结直肠癌及腺瘤中TK和PCNA的表达 ,探讨其对结直肠癌的治疗、预后所起作用。方法 采用免疫组织化学SABC法 ,检测 54例结直肠癌及 2 0例结直肠腺瘤中TK及PCNA的表达。结果 本研究结果表明结直肠癌中TK及PCNA的阳性表达率均比结直肠腺瘤高(P <0 0 5) ,结直肠癌中TK阳性表达率 ( 64 8% )虽略比PCNA ( 51 9% )高 ,但差异无显性 (P >0 0 5)。结论 TK不仅同PCNA一样 ,可作细胞增殖的指标 ,还因其参与DNA合成及细胞间“旁观者效应”等原因 ,从而给临床提供治疗及预后方面的有价值的参考。
Objective To investigate the expression of TK and PCNA in colorectal cancer and adenoma, and to explore its role in the treatment and prognosis of colorectal cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical SABC method was used to detect the expression of TK and PCNA in 54 cases of colorectal cancer and 20 cases of colorectal adenoma. Results The results of this study showed that the positive rates of TK and PCNA in colorectal cancer were higher than those in colorectal adenoma (P <0.05). The positive rate of TK in colorectal cancer was 64.8% 9%), but no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion TK is not only the same as PCNA, it can be used as an indicator of cell proliferation, but also because of its involvement in DNA synthesis and “bystander effect” between cells and other reasons, so as to provide clinical treatment and prognosis of valuable reference.
