我厂的继电保护组过去是全厂事故较多的一个组。从1959年11月开始发电到1961年年底的两年多时间内,共发生重大事故5次,恶性障碍4次,少发电132.5万度。有的事故的性质是很严重的。如有一次,工作人员疏忽大意,将缺一只螺丝的出口中间继电器投入运行,在紧要关头时保护装置拒绝动作,烧坏了一台10000千伏安的变压器,支出修理费4万元,用铜2吨。继电保护正确动作率很低,1960年为88.5%,1961年为89%,1962年虽好了些,也只达95%。
Our plant’s relay protection group used to be a group with more accidents in the whole plant.
