目的:调查分析山西省男子摔跤、柔道运动员腰部各种损伤的发病率及其发生原因,提高防治水平。方法:选取山西省男子摔跤、柔道运动员66名,对其腰部损伤情况进行详细的病史询问及临床检查。结果:共有30人发生腰部损伤,占被调查人数的45.45%。各种损伤共计42人次,分别为:腰肌拉伤及肌肉筋膜炎17人次,占总损伤人次数的40.47%;韧带损伤10人次,占23.80%;椎间盘突出症9人次,占21.42%;其它损伤6人次,占14.28%。16~21岁发病率最高,占50%。急性损伤多于慢性伤,占73.8%。技术训练中受伤占多数,为52.38%。1个月内临床治愈率为54.76%。结果提示:山西省摔跤、柔道运动员腰部损伤的发病率较高,与该项目对抗性强、训练强度大、运动员自身身体素质较差、训练安排不科学、保护措施不得力等因素有关。根据具体情况进行综合治疗,绝大多数伤病可获得满意疗效,队医与教练员的良好配合,可减少伤病对训练的影响,并可降低发病率。
Objective: To investigate and analyze the incidence and causes of various injuries of waist and waist of men’s wrestling and judo athletes in Shanxi province, and to improve the prevention and treatment level. Methods: Sixty-six male wrestling and judo athletes in Shanxi province were selected to conduct a detailed history inquiry and clinical examination of their lumbar injuries. All kinds of injuries totaled 42 person-times, including 17 cases of lumbar muscle strain and muscle fasciitis, accounting for 40.47% of the total number of injuries; 10 cases of ligament injury, accounting for 23.80%; 9 cases of disc herniation, accounting for 21.42%; Other injuries 6 people, accounting for 14.28%. The highest incidence of 16 to 21 years, accounting for 50%. More acute injuries than chronic injuries, accounting for 73.8%. Technical training injuries accounted for the majority, 52.38%. 1 month clinical cure rate was 54.76%. The results suggest that there is a high incidence of waist injury in wrestling and judo athletes in Shanxi Province, which is related to such factors as high confrontation, strong training intensity, poor physical quality of athletes themselves, unscientific training arrangement and ineffective protection measures. According to the specific situation of comprehensive treatment, the vast majority of injuries can be satisfied with the curative effect, team doctors and coaches with the good, can reduce the impact of injuries on training, and reduce the incidence.
