劳务派遣工身份在派遣企业,工作地点在用工单位。要做好劳务派遣工入会和权益维护工作,就要从这个实际出发,切实发挥劳务派遣企业工会和用工单位工会的作用。为此,荆州市总工会积极探索双向工作机制。一是实行劳务派遣工会员“双向管理”机制。劳务派遣工在劳务派遣企业加入工会组织,会籍隶属于派遣企业工会。用工单位已建工会的,经派遣企业和用工单位协商,征得会员本人同意,可由派遣企业工会委托用工单
