本研究对拮抗木霉菌(Trichoderma spp.)与大丽轮枝菌(Verticillium dahliae Kleb.)进行对峙培养,通过抗生作用测定和不同浓度代谢提取物对病原菌抑制作用的测定,对初步筛选出的8株效果较好的木霉菌作进一步筛选。结果表明:菌株XM-7的拮抗作用表现相对稳定,且拮抗作用最强,该菌对峙培养对大丽轮枝菌(V.dahliae)的抑制率为76.3%。各菌株挥发性代谢产物的抑制率大于非挥发性代谢产物,不同浓度代谢提取物之间的抑制率也有显著差异。因此XM-7是一株具有生防潜能较好的木霉菌株。
In this study, the antagonistic growth of Trichoderma spp. And Verticillium dahliae Kleb. Was confronted. The antibacterial activity and the inhibitory effects of different concentrations of metabolic extracts on pathogens were evaluated. Strain better Trichoderma for further screening. The results showed that the antagonistic effect of strain XM-7 was relatively stable and the antagonistic effect was the strongest. The inhibitory rate of XM-7 strain against V. dahliae was 76.3%. The inhibition rate of volatile metabolites of each strain was greater than that of non-volatile metabolites, and the inhibition rates of metabolites of different concentrations were also significantly different. Therefore, XM-7 is a strain of Trichoderma that has a good biocontrol potential.
