在《田径》杂志2000年第二期上, 看到郭春雷老师撰写的《橡皮筋的应用》一文。拜读之后,受益匪浅。但据自己几年来积累的教学工作经验,认为橡皮筋的应用不止这些,现对其应用略加补充,希望与郭春雷老师及广大同行们共同探讨。 一、做游戏 体育游戏具有鲜明的情节性、多样性及趣味性,是课堂的重要组成部分,是快乐体育的基础,能有效地配合教材教法,帮助学生学习和掌握动作技术。橡皮筋相对于其他器械来讲是有弹性好、质量轻、易携带、占地少等优点。所以,应用空间非常广阔,被广大师生所接受,而利用它做游戏更被师生们所推崇。如:跳皮筋游戏,跨皮筋接力赛等。
In the second issue of Track and Field magazine in 2000, I saw the article “The Application of Rubber Bands” written by Professor Guo Chunlei. After reading, benefit greatly. However, according to my accumulated teaching experience over the past few years, I think that the application of rubber bands is not only limited to these, but its applications are slightly supplemented. I hope to discuss with Professor Guo Chunlei and colleagues. First, to do the game Sports games with distinct plots, diversity and interest, is an important part of the classroom, is the basis of happy sports, can effectively coordinate teaching materials and methods to help students learn and master the action technology. Rubber band relative to other instruments in terms of flexibility, light weight, easy to carry, occupy less advantages. Therefore, the application of space is very broad, accepted by the majority of teachers and students, and make use of it to play games more respected by teachers and students. Such as: jumping rubber band games, cross-bungee relay and so on.
