目的 观察血管生成抑制剂TNP - 470对人涎腺腺样囊性癌肺转移的抑制作用。方法 将腺样囊性癌ACC -M细胞接种于裸鼠尾静脉 (1× 10 6/鼠 )。将 2 0只裸鼠随机分成对照组和治疗组 ,自第 2天起分别给予溶剂 (3%酒精 )和TNP - 470 (4 0mg/kg) ,隔天给药 1次 ,共用 4周。接种后 6周末处死动物 ,检测对照组和治疗组的肺转移率及含转移灶的肺重量 ,观察转移情况。结果 对照组和治疗组肺转移率分别为 90 %和 40 % (P <0 .0 2 5 ) ;含转移灶的肺重量分别为 0 .2 138g±0 .0 6 6 7g和0 .16 85 g±0 .0 44 5 g(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 血管生成抑制剂TNP - 470能明显抑制腺样囊性癌的肺转移
Objective To observe the inhibitory effect of angiogenesis inhibitor TNP - 470 on lung metastasis of human salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma. Methods ACC-M cells of adenoid cystic carcinoma were inoculated into tail vein of nude mice (1 × 10 6 / mouse). Twenty nude mice were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with solvent (3% alcohol) and TNP - 470 (40 mg / kg) given from the second day and once every other day for 4 weeks. At the end of the 6th week after inoculation, the animals were sacrificed and the lung metastasis rate and lung weight of the control group and the treatment group were measured to observe the metastasis. Results The lung metastases of the control group and the treatment group were 90% and 40%, respectively (P <0.05). The lung weights of the patients with metastasis were 0.238g ± 0.6067g and 0.1685 g ± 0 .0 445 g (P <0.05). Conclusion The angiogenesis inhibitor TNP - 470 can significantly inhibit lung metastasis of adenoid cystic carcinoma
