通过运动学分析,建立了平面连杆机构运动的矩阵分析模型;利用可靠性分析中的极限状态函数将机构的运动输出与机构运动的设计精度联系起来,建立了平面连杆机构的运动可靠性模型;利用可靠性分析中的等效思想,解决了状态函数包含非正态随机变量时可靠性指标的计算问题,并给出了常见分布函数参数的等效计算公式;利用迭代方法解决了在非线性状态函数非正态随机变量下可靠性指标的高精度求解问题。算例表明,基于等效正态设计的迭代求解方法可以很好地处理各种不同分布的非线性问题,足以满足机构运动可靠性分析的需要。
Through the kinematics analysis, the matrix analysis model of the motion of the planar linkage is established. By using the limit state function in reliability analysis, the motion output of the mechanism is linked with the design accuracy of the mechanism. The motion reliability of the planar linkage is established Model, and the equivalent idea of reliability analysis is used to solve the problem of calculating the reliability index when the state function contains non-normal random variables. The equivalent formula of common distribution function parameters is given. The iterative method is used to solve the problem of High Accuracy Solving Problems of Reliability Index under Non - normal Random Variables with Nonlinear State Function. The examples show that the iterative method based on the equivalent normal design can deal with the nonlinear problems of different distributions well enough to meet the needs of the reliability analysis of the mechanism.
