由于超声换能器的性能参数对其功能有很大的影响,为了更好地研究超声换能器的整体性能,这里应用了四端网络法。超声换能器的性能参数包括连续性参数和离散性参数两种,而应用四端网络法可以把这些参数都囊括进来。这里从一种带有1/4波长指数形复合变幅杆的超声换能器出发,对其四端网络参数进行分析,导出了换能器的振型、应力分布函数、输入阻抗、频率方程和两端振速比,并通过实验验证符合工程要求,为下一步换能器的优化设计指明了方向。
Since the performance parameters of ultrasonic transducers have a great influence on their function, in order to better study the overall performance of ultrasonic transducers, a four-terminal network method is applied here. Ultrasonic transducer performance parameters include two kinds of continuity parameters and discrete parameters, and the application of four-terminal network method can include these parameters are included. Here, we start with an ultrasonic transducer with 1/4 wavelength exponential composite horn and analyze its four-end network parameters. The vibration mode, stress distribution function, input impedance, frequency equation And the vibration velocity ratio at both ends, and through experimental verification in line with the engineering requirements for the next step the optimal design of the transducer pointed out the direction.
