[新闻背景]海事法院是国家设立的专门法院之一,是人民法院体系的重要组成部分。作为全国十家海事法院之一,大连海事法院在建院32年来,紧紧围绕改革、发展、稳定的大局,走过了从初创、不断发展到逐步完善的艰苦历程。大连海事法院以院本部海事、海商审判庭和锦州、鲅鱼圈、东港、长海、哈尔滨等5个派出法庭以及长兴岛、庄河2个巡回法庭,管辖了发生于东北大部分海洋、河流等的海事案件,审判、执行各类案件近3万件,涉案标的额近200亿元,裁判影响力波及美国、英国、德国、俄罗斯、日本、法国、
[Background] The maritime court is one of the specialized courts set up by the state and an important part of the people’s court system. As one of the ten maritime courts in the country, Dalian Maritime Court, in the thirty-two years since its inception, has taken a painstaking journey from start-up and continuous development to its gradual improvement over the overall situation of reform, development and stability. Dalian Maritime Court dispatched 5 tribunals of maritime affairs and maritime justice tribunals and Jinzhou, Bayuquan, Donggang, Changhai and Harbin as well as 2 circuit courts of Changxing Island and Zhuanghe to administer jurisdiction over most of the seas and rivers in Northeast China The number of cases involving maritime cases, trials and executions has reached nearly 30,000 and the amount involved has reached nearly 20 billion yuan.
