Enalapril and Lisinopril are angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors. This article describes the use of time-resolved fluorescence detector, using solid-phase immunoassay (TRHIA) determination of their content in the plasma. The drug and the labeled biotin drug compete for a limited amount of antibody based on the principle of immunological competition, followed by addition of the labeled mAb (specific for biotin) and binding to the immobilized antibody
