媒体近日披露,由于看好人民币持续升值,至少有5亿美元在今年第一季度投入到中国内地的房地产市场中。其投资分布是:约有50%资金投入北京,43%投到上海,其余资金投在大连、哈尔滨、武汉、南京等二线城市。物业投资的选择依次为:甲级办公楼、优质服务型公寓、五星级酒店、高档商用物业和工业地产项目以及产权分散的住宅物业。
The media recently disclosed that due to optimistic about the continuous appreciation of the renminbi, at least 500 million U.S. dollars in the first quarter of this year into the real estate market in mainland China. Its investment distribution is: about 50% of the funds invested in Beijing, 43% invested in Shanghai, and the remaining funds invested in Dalian, Harbin, Wuhan, Nanjing and other second-tier cities. Property investment options are: Grade A office buildings, serviced apartments, five-star hotels, upscale commercial properties and industrial real estate projects, and decentralized residential properties.
