一、病理学检查的结果: 诊断为萎缩性胃炎者18例,慢性浅表性者8例,具有浅表性及萎缩性表现者4例。二、电镜检查结果: 1.腺体实质细胞的改变:根据病变程度的轻重,在超微结构方面亦有不同程度的变化。 2.肠上皮化生:在30例标本中9例有肠上皮化生方面的变化,检出率占30％。 3.在30例标本中,发现3例有癌细胞,检出率为10％。

Second, the results of electron microscopy: 1. Changes in glandular parenchymal cells: According to the degree of severity of the lesion, there are also varying degrees of ultrastructural changes. 2. Intestinal metaplasia: In 9 out of 30 specimens, there were changes in intestinal metaplasia, and the detection rate was 30%. 3. Among the 30 specimens, 3 were found to have cancer cells and the detection rate was 10%.
