1.调速控制现状目前柴油机的油门控制系统主要有以下2种:一是机械软轴式。用2根软轴分别连接柴油机喷油泵的油门和熄火摆杆,用手拉动软轴,控制油门开度及熄火。二是电子控制式。用控制器控制电子油门马达,以调节柴油机油门开度;用熄火马达操纵熄火摆杆,或用电磁阀调节柴油机燃油供给油路通断,以实现柴油机熄火。上述2种控制方式中,机械软轴式控制精度低,且不适于对柴油机进行远程控制。电子控制式需增加熄火马达或通过电磁阀控制熄火,使成本大大增加,且一旦电控系统损坏,就会造成柴油机油门控制失灵,柴油柳将无法熄火或启动。
1. Speed Control Status Diesel throttle control system currently has the following two kinds: First, the mechanical flexible shaft. Use two flexible shafts to connect the throttle and flame-out pendulum of the diesel fuel injection pump, and pull the flexible shaft by hand to control the throttle opening and flameout. The second is electronic control. Use the controller to control the electronic throttle motor to adjust the opening degree of the diesel engine; to control the flame-out pendulum with the turn-off motor or to adjust the on-off state of the diesel fuel supply oil circuit by the solenoid valve so as to realize the diesel engine flameout. Among the above two kinds of control methods, the mechanical flexible shaft control accuracy is low, and it is not suitable for remote control of the diesel engine. Electronic control to increase the flameout motor or turn off the control by the solenoid valve, the cost greatly increased, and once the electronic control system is damaged, it will cause the diesel engine throttle control failure, diesel willow will not flame or start.
