近些年,随着素质教育的不断推广,激励教学法在小学语文教学中运用的越来越广泛,且效果非常显著,对于学生的身心发展都较为有益。小学生年龄小,自控能力差,如果教师可以在教学中适当对学生进行激励,学生便会树立学习的自信,激发学生较高的学习兴致,对于学生学习语文知识与技能都会有较大的帮助,也会使教师的教学质量越来越高。本文阐述了激励性语文在小学语文教学中的意义,提出了一些可行激励性策略,期望可以促使学生更加全面的发展。
In recent years, with the continuous popularization of quality education, the inspiring teaching method is more and more widely used in primary Chinese teaching, and the effect is very significant, which is beneficial to the students’ physical and mental development. If the pupils are young and their self-control ability is poor, if the teacher can give proper encouragement to the students in teaching, the students will establish self-confidence in learning and stimulate students’ high interest in learning. This will be of great help to students in learning Chinese knowledge and skills, Teachers will also make teaching more and more high quality. This article elaborates the significance of motivational language in primary Chinese teaching and puts forward some feasible motivational strategies. Expectations can promote more comprehensive development of students.
