中等职业学校的多数学生除了学习成绩较差外,思想道德素质尤其有待于提高。特别是一些家长把自己在家难以管教和约束的子女送到学校来,其主要目的就是要让学校能管住和教育好他们的子女,让他们的子女在学校里经过教育和学习能够从一个“失败者”转变成一个“成功者”走向社会。这就是说,与其他类型的学校尤其高校相比,中等职业学校的教育工作所针对的情况更为复杂,所面临的形势更为严峻,所担负的责任更为沉重。笔者结合多年中等职业学校的管理和教育工作经历,谈谈自己的心得。 Most students in secondary vocational schools in addition to poor academic performance, the ideological and moral qualities in particular need to be improved.
