采用毛细管间接测压法测量多层层间的压强, 对经不同处理过的高真空多层绝热材料进行了实验,测出了多层绝热结构的层间压强和对应的当量热导率,分析了处理方法对层间压强及绝热性能的影响, 并计算了动态及静态时层间残余气体导热量。
The pressure between multilayer layers was measured by capillary indirect pressure measurement. The experiments on different layers of high vacuum multi-layer thermal insulation materials with different treatments were carried out. The interlayer pressure and corresponding equivalent thermal conductivity of multilayer thermal insulation structures were measured. The effects of treatment methods on the pressure and thermal insulation properties of the interlayer were calculated. The thermal conductivity of the residual gas between the two layers was also calculated.
