死板的教学方法只会削弱学生对学习的兴趣。教师一味地讲、做示范,学生只是听、看,被动地接受知识,在以创新为主题的今天,这样的教学方法显然已经落伍了。在教学过程中,教师除了要备好课之外,还要备学生,教室不应该只是教师的舞台,而应该是属于学生和教师的共同的大舞台。教师是课堂教学的组织者、引导者,培养学生大胆创新的精神,鼓励学生动手参与教学活动,是教师的重大责任。 Inflexible teaching methods only weaken students’ interest in learning. Teachers simply talk and do demonstrations. Students just listen, see, and passively accept knowledge. Today, with innovation as the theme, such teaching methods are obviously outdated. In the teaching process, teachers must prepare students in addition to preparing lessons. Classrooms should not only be a stage for teachers but should be a common arena for students and teachers. Teachers are the organizers and guides of classroom teaching. They cultivate students’ bold and innovative spirit and encourage students to participate in teaching activities. This is a major responsibility of teachers.
