介绍了马钢120 t转炉炼钢应用生白云石代替部分石灰和镁球进行少渣冶炼的工艺,分析了少渣冶炼对转炉吹炼过程、脱磷效果以及终点温度控制的影响。研究结果表明,在少渣冶炼工艺条件下,可以降低渣量,能够满足转炉脱磷效果和温度要求。转炉总渣料用量减少22.88 kg/t(钢),由此节约成本12.25元/t(钢);同时还可以降低金属料损失3.76kgt(钢),具有较好的经济效益。
The process of applying less dolomite instead of part of lime and magnesium balls to slag refining in the 120 t BOF steelmaking plant was introduced. The effect of less slag smelting on converter blowing process, dephosphorization effect and endpoint temperature control was analyzed. The results show that under the condition of less slag refining process, the amount of slag can be reduced and the dephosphorization effect and temperature requirement of the converter can be met. The total amount of converter slag reduced 22.88 kg / t (steel), thus saving costs 12.25 yuan / t (steel); also can reduce the metal material loss 3.76kgt (steel), with good economic benefits.
