利用氢电弧等离子体方法制备出纳米铁超微粒子,将退火后的铁纳米粒子、一般铁粉以及由未经处理的纳米粒子压结成的固体材料氧化,通过透射电镜观察退火后粒子粒径变化,利用X射线衍射分析其氧化产物。结果发现粒子的尺寸和压力效应是导致经过不同温度退火后纳米铁粒子和纳米固体材料氧化产物不同的主要原因。
Ultrafine nano-iron particles were prepared by hydrogen arc plasma method. The annealed iron nano-particles, iron powder and solid materials pressed by untreated nano-particles were oxidized. The changes of particle size after annealing , The use of X-ray diffraction analysis of its oxidation products. It was found that the particle size and pressure effect are the main reasons for the different oxidation products of nano-sized iron particles and nano-solid materials after annealing at different temperatures.
