用细脚拟青霉水提取物给正常及环磷酰胺所致免疫抑制大鼠灌胃21d,灌洗并培养肺泡巨噬细胞,用生化方法测定巨噬细胞内乳酸脱氢酶和精氨酸酶的活性,并进一步观察巨噬细胞摄取中性红的能力。结果表明:细脚拟青霉水提取物可显著提高正常及环磷酰胺所致免疫抑制大鼠肺泡巨噬细胞内乳酸脱氢酶和精氨酸酶的活性,并增强肺泡巨噬细胞摄取中性红的能力。提示:细脚拟青霉对肺泡巨噬细胞具有激活作用。
