香港“湾仔”水饺是风靡天下的食品,其创始人臧健和女士被称为“水饺皇后”。臧健和原籍山东青岛,上世纪70年代末移居海外,不久被丈夫遗弃,带着两个小女孩流落香港。她扫过厕所,洗过电车,几次陷入绝境,差点自杀。后来,勉强到了湾仔码头生火卖开水饺。这儿是一片平民劳力者杂处的地方,臧健和看中了这个机会,从最底层开始发展。她拿出家传本领,一次次试验,一次次出新,想尽办法适应不同食客口味,
Hong Kong’s “Wan Chai” dumpling is a popular food, and its founder, Ms. Jian Jian, was dubbed the “Queen of Dumplings.” Wei Jian and his native Qingdao, Shandong, migrated overseas at the end of the 1970s. He was soon abandoned by his husband and left Hong Kong with two little girls. She swept through the toilet, washed the tram, and was in desperation several times before committing suicide. Later, he reluctantly went to the Wanchai Pier to set fire to selling dumplings. Here is a place where civilians and laborers are mixed up.
