民间观念在西方学界经历了浪漫想象、民族精神重构和多元化发展三个阶段。自“民间”被发现,即引起西方学界广泛而持续的关注,民间叙事与作家叙事关系的研究成为民间叙事学的重要命题,这一研究更接近作家文学研究的真实性原则。西方关于民间叙事与作家叙事关系的研究范畴,主要包括三个方面:作为文学母体的民间叙事研究;作为作家叙事资源的民间叙事研究;作为与作家叙事平行的艺术形式的研究。这些理论范畴,不仅拓展和深化了民间叙事与作家叙事各自研究的广度与深度,而且清晰地揭示出文学形成的普遍过程与内在规律。
The concept of folk has experienced three stages of romantic imagination, reconstruction of national spirit and diversified development in western academic circles. Since the discovery of “folk”, it has aroused widespread and sustained attention in western academic circles. The research on the relationship between folk narration and writer narration has become an important proposition of folk narratology, which is closer to the authenticity of the literary studies of writers. There are mainly three aspects in the western research field about the relationship between folk narration and writer narration: folk narrative research as literary masters; folk narrative research as writer narrative resources; and research as an art form parallel with writers’ narrative. These theoretical categories not only expand and deepen the breadth and depth of the research on folk narration and writer narration, but also clearly reveal the general process and inherent law of the formation of literature.
