从1963年开始,調查了河南新乡輝县地区可以越夏的主要野生植物,如蔊茶(Rorippa montana(Wall.)Small)、車前(Plantago depressa Willd.)、地黃(Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch.)等上的花叶病,并經过寄主反应、抗性鑑定試驗証明:蔊菜花叶_10-(31-5、28-10)-10,車前花叶_3,地黄花叶_7的分离物中,可分为三个类型,其中Ⅰ型病毒:致死温度50—60℃,稀释終点1:2,000—6,000;Ⅱ型病毒:致死温度60℃,稀释終点1:2,000;Ⅲ型病毒:致死温度90℃,稀释終点1:100,000—1,000,000。以上分离物可由桃蚜、蘿卜蚜传染到白菜上。其中Ⅰ型病毒与当地白菜病毒分离物(对照)的性状是一致的,因此認为,蔊菜、車前等野生植物为当地白菜病毒的重要越夏寄主。
From 1963 onwards, we surveyed major wild plants that can make summer in Huixian County, Henan Province, such as Rorippa montana (Wall.) Small, Plantago depressa Willd., Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch. And other mosaic disease, and after the host reaction, resistance test showed that: Asclepiadaceae _10- (31-5,28-10) -10, the car before the mosaic leaf _3, Rehmannia _7 Isolates, can be divided into three types, of which type I virus: lethal temperature 50-60 ℃, end of dilution 1: 2,000-6,000; Type II virus: lethal temperature 60 ℃, dilution of 1: 2,000; Lethal temperature 90 ℃, the end of dilution 1: 100,000-1,000,000. The above isolates from Myzus persicae, radish aphids infected cabbage. Among them, the characters of type I virus and local cabbage virus isolate (control) are consistent. Therefore, it is considered that the wild plants such as Asclepiadaceae and Psyllium are important host of the local summer cabbage virus.
