目的 探讨声场测试对多通道人工耳蜗植入术后听觉评估的意义。方法 对 11例Nucleus多通道人工耳蜗植入患者定期进行声场听阈测试 ,并对结果进行统计学处理。结果 全部患者声场测试 (啭音 )听阈为 15~40dB(nHL) ,语后聋组术后半年声场听阈明显低于同期语前聋组 (P <0 .0 1) ,语前聋组术后一年的声场听阈比术后半年时显著下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,接近语后聋组半年时的听觉水平 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 多通道人工耳蜗植入患者语言频率声场听阈值达到了日常交谈的水平 ;声场测试对人工耳蜗植入术后的听觉评估有一定的应用价值
Objective To investigate the significance of sound field test in auditory evaluation of multi-channel cochlear implants. Methods 11 cases of Nucleus multi-channel cochlear implants were performed regular hearing threshold test and the results were statistically analyzed. Results The hearing threshold (啭 tone) of all patients was 15 ~ 40dB (nHL) in all patients. The threshold of sound field in six months after operation was significantly lower than that of prelingual prelingual group (P0.01) The hearing threshold of one-year sound field decreased significantly (P <0.01) after six months and close to the hearing level at six months (P> 0.05). Conclusions The multi-channel cochlear implants have reached the level of daily conversation at the frequency threshold of sound field. The sound field test has some value in the auditory evaluation of cochlear implants
