以美国国家仪器公司的图形化编程语言LabVIEW为开发平台,结合PID控制工具包,并用逼近能力强和收敛速度快的RBF神经网络,介绍了温度控制系统的整个设计过程。阐述了炉温控制系统的硬件结构组成,其中包括PCI-6221数据采集卡、PID控制器的设计方法。给出了炉温控制系统的软件设计,主要包括数据采集模块、PID控制算法模块的设计以及炉温控制系统PID参数的RBF神经网络整定方法。本温度控制系统具有稳定温度时间短、稳定精度高等特点,有较高的实用价值,良好的应用前景。
Based on the graphical programming language LabVIEW of the National Instruments as the development platform, combined with the PID control kit, the RBF neural network with strong approximation ability and fast convergence speed is introduced. The whole design process of the temperature control system is introduced. Described the furnace temperature control system hardware components, including PCI-6221 data acquisition card, PID controller design. The software design of the furnace temperature control system is given, including the data acquisition module, the design of the PID control algorithm module and the RBF neural network tuning method of the PID parameters of the furnace temperature control system. The temperature control system has the advantages of short stable temperature time and high stability, high practical value and good application prospect.
