目的建立工作场所空气中二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)和二甲基乙酰胺(DMA)的溶液采集—气相色谱测定方法。方法采用多孔玻板吸收管采集,经HP-INNOWAX毛细管色谱柱分离的气相色谱测定方法。结果该方法DMF和DMA的分离效果好;线性范围分别为1.1~132.3和0.8~132.0mg/L,线性方程分别为:Y=0.4927X+0.22(r=0.9994)和Y=0.6552X+0.36(r=0.9992);检出限分别为1.1和0.8;方法的重现性好,相对标准偏差分别为1.3%~1.7%和1.4%~1.7%;平均加标回收率分别为98.0%~98.9%和98.8%~100.4%。结论该方法检出限低,精密度和准确度高,可完全适用于工作场所空气中DMF和DMA的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of dimethylformamide (DMF) and dimethylacetamide (DMA) in workplace air by gas chromatography. Methods Gas chromatography was performed on a porous glass tube and separated on a HP-INNOWAX capillary column. Results The separation efficiency of DMF and DMA was good. The linear range was 1.1 ~ 132.3 and 0.8 ~ 132.0 mg / L respectively. The linear equations were Y = 0.4927X + 0.22 (r = 0.9994) and Y = 0.6552X + 0.36 r = 0.9992). The detection limits were 1.1 and 0.8, respectively. The reproducibility of the method was good and the relative standard deviations were 1.3% -1.7% and 1.4% -1.7%, respectively. The average recoveries were 98.0% -98.9% And 98.8% ~ 100.4%. Conclusion The method has the advantages of low detection limit, high precision and high accuracy, which can be completely applied to the determination of DMF and DMA in the air of the workplace.
