根据这两年对籼、粳稻开花后不同发育期种胚分化发育过程中胚重、胚体积及细胞数的变化规律,以及蛋白质、核酸、淀粉等大分子物质动态的观察结果,说明稻胚分化各器官原基时期,胚重、胚体积及细胞数均呈指数增长趋势,开花后11~13天左右器官原基分化完成时,细胞数和DNA、RNA含量均趋于稳定,而RNA在经过短时间稳定后却再次增长,种胚干重和蛋白质含量基本上随着RNA含量起相应变化,并持续到成熟前数天。
