本研究应用免疫荧光法观察了治疗矽肺药物汉防己甲素(以下简称汉甲)和P204对3T3细胞微管的作用,并以秋水仙碱作为对照药物。实验结果表明汉甲对3T3细胞的微管有一定的凝聚作用,汉甲与P204合并用药后,具有保护汉甲对微管的毒性作用。
In this study, immunofluorescence was used to observe the effect of tetrandrine (PTA) and P204 on the microtubules of 3T3 cells, and colchicine was used as a control. The experimental results showed that Nail A had a certain aggregation effect on the microtubules of 3T3 cells. After being combined with P204, Nail A had a protective effect on the toxicity of Nerve on the microtubules.
