随着国家天然林资源保护工程的启动,大兴安岭地区全面实施了生态发展战略。档案作为重要的信息资源,一直在为推动林区经济发展中起着无可替代的作用。面临着新的机遇和挑战,强化档案工作以更好地适应新形势发展的需要已势在必行。一、档案工作现状存在的问题1、馆藏结构不合理。主要表现在:一是馆藏内容单一。以呼玛、塔河、漠河三个县级档案馆为例。截止到2001年底,馆藏档案只有43170卷,其中历史档案3187卷,建国后档案39983卷。从门类上看,名义上是县级综合档案馆,实际上是县级机关党
