目的报告一起迟报的细菌性食物中毒事故,避免此类迟报事故的再次发生。方法进行流行病学调查,并对患者临床表现、流行病学、实验室检测等相关资料进行分析。结果 19名患者均有共同就餐史,潜伏期基本相同(平均10h),患者中毒症状均有上腹部阵发性绞痛、腹泻、大便呈黄色水样便等症状,患者腹泻物实验室检出沙门氏菌。结论确诊为一起沙门氏菌污染菜肴所致的细菌性食物中毒,并针对事故迟报和流调问题进行思考与建议。
Aims To report a late-onset bacterial contamination of food poisoning and avoid the recurrence of such delayed reporting. Methods Epidemiological survey, and clinical performance of patients, epidemiology, laboratory testing and other related data were analyzed. Results All 19 patients had a common history of eating with the same incubation period (mean 10h). Patients with symptoms of poisoning were those with paroxysmal abdominal cramps, diarrhea and yellow watery stools. Salmonella was detected in the diarrhea laboratory . Conclusions The diagnosis of bacterial food poisoning caused by the contamination of dishes by Salmonella was made. Consideration and suggestion were made on the issue of delay and flow adjustment.
