物理教师的在职业余进修是以系统提高基础理论知识为主的,按教学计划又不单独开设教材教法课,这对未达大专水平的教师(尤其是青年教师)来说,是进修问题上的一对矛盾,因为他们往往在基础知识与教学能力两个方面都急需提高。怎样解决好这一矛盾呢?我们给自己提出了一个“寓能力培养于进修教学过程之中”的教研课题,并在四年的教学实践中进行了初步探索。我们的认识与做法如下:
The physics teacher’s in-professional studies are mainly based on systematically improving basic theoretical knowledge. According to the teaching plan, teaching subjects are not separately taught. This is a problem for teachers who have not reached the college level (especially young teachers). A pair of contradictions, because they are often in urgent need of improvement in both basic knowledge and teaching ability. How do we resolve this contradiction? We have put forward a teaching and research topic of “combining ability training in the process of advanced education” and conducted a preliminary exploration in the four-year teaching practice.
