全面分析了LCA/LCB失电对核电厂安全的影响。LCA失电时,反应堆冷却剂正常硼化不可用,需直接硼化;同时稳压器的正常下泄、过剩下泄、低压下泄不可用;触发停堆断路器断开P4信号;可能因反应堆冷却剂过分冷却或压力过低,从而导致反应堆停堆或者安注。LCB失电时硼化不受影响,稳压器的下泄可以通过现场手动操作重新投入,也可能会因反应堆冷却剂过冷或压力过低导致反应堆停堆或者安注。
A comprehensive analysis of the impact of LCA / LCB power loss on plant safety is provided. LCA power failure, the normal reactor boronization is not available, to be directly boride; the same time the regulator normal discharge, excess leakage, low pressure vent is not available; trigger shutdown circuit breaker disconnect the P4 signal; may be due to reactor coolant Excessive cooling or underpressure can cause the reactor to shut down or be filled. Boronization is not affected when the LCB is de-energized. Recharge of the regulators can be re-started by manual operation on site or the reactor may be shut down or under pressure due to subcooling or underpressure in the reactor coolant.
