英语教学面临着前所未有的挑战,因为科学技术的发展极其迅猛和信息技术的广泛运用。英语教学如何适应时代的发展,我们必须优化英语课堂教学并且要提高教学效果,每一位英语教育工作者必须正视这个问题。所以,我们要总结前人的经验教训,对英语教学的观念、目标、评价等各个方面进行重大改革以适应21世纪人才培养的需要。我从下面几个方面进行论述:对英语教学的重新认识;以学生为主体;英语教学中语言与文化的关系;提高英语课堂教学效率;英语课程评价。
English teaching is facing unprecedented challenges because of the extremely rapid development of science and technology and the extensive application of information technology. How to adapt English teaching to the development of the times, we must optimize the English classroom teaching and to improve teaching effectiveness, every English educator must face up to this problem. Therefore, we must summarize the experiences and lessons of our predecessors and make major reforms to the concepts, goals, evaluations and other aspects of English teaching so as to meet the needs of personnel training in the 21st century. I discussed from the following aspects: the re-understanding of English teaching; students as the main body; the relationship between language and culture in English teaching; improve the efficiency of English classroom teaching; English curriculum evaluation.
