本文以稳流模拟试验台上的试验结果为依据,建立了涡流比计算模型,并在拖动发动机上进行了验证。在稳流模拟试验台和拖动发动机试验台上,对缸内的空气运动速度和紊流强度的变化规律进行了研究。试验结果表明,涡流转速越高,紊流强度也越强,并且它们衰减得也越快;在压缩过程中,平顶活塞几乎不产生紊流;在上止点附近,压缩容积的形状对紊流强度有很大的影响。
Based on the test results on a steady flow simulation test rig, this paper established a vortex flow rate calculation model and verified it on a dragged engine.
