人武部收归军队建制以来,干部队伍结构有了较大改善,素质有了明显提高。但是,由于新调入人武部的干部对民兵预备役工作业务不熟悉,抓不住工作重点,态度消极。笔者认为增强人武干部队伍活力,应着力三个方面的工作: 一、加强教育,进一步强化爱岗敬业意识。坚持组织干部学习政治理论和党的路线方针政策,引导大家不断提高政治思想素质和实践“三个代表”重要思想的自觉性;引导大家学习“老武装”,增强奉献意 Since the establishment of the armed forces by the armed forces, the structure of the cadres has been greatly improved and the quality has been markedly improved.
