庆大霉素主要组份有C_1、C_(1a)和C_2三种,三者对不同菌株的抗菌活力有显著差别,为此必需控制各组份含量。已报道测定庆大霉素组份的方法很多,近年采用纸层生物测定法、核磁共振法和高压液相法的较多,本文参考英国药典1983年增补版高压液相法,寻找出一种新的流动相组成,免去离子对试剂,可分离出庆大霉素C的三个组份,达到定量测定的目的。 用 LC-3A高压液相色谱仪,色谱柱ODS柱,φ4.6mm×25cm,检测器为紫外-可见分光光度计,检测波长330nm,流速1.5ml/分,纸速5mm/分,进样量10μl,流动相组
