目的探究直肠癌病人加速康复外科围手术期营养支持的护理效果。方法随机选取2016年1-12月我科室收治的36例直肠癌手术病人作为研究对象,将全部病人随机均分为对照组与实验组,两组各18例,对照组病人实施常规护理;实验组病人实施加速康复围手术期营养支持外科护理。结果实验组病人在住院时间、停止输液时间、治疗费用及体重下降方面均显著优于对照组。结论将加速康复围手术期营养支持外科护理应用于结直肠癌围术期其治疗过程中能够有效缓解其疼痛,加快患者的恢复进程,在临床上具有广泛的推广价值。
Objective To investigate the nursing effect of perioperative nutritional support for patients with rectal cancer undergoing accelerated rehabilitation. Methods Thirty-six patients with rectal cancer who were admitted to our department from January to December in 2016 were selected randomly. All patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 18 cases in each group. Patients in control group were given routine nursing care. Group of patients to implement accelerated perioperative nutrition support surgical care. Results The experimental group patients were significantly better than the control group in hospitalization time, infusion time, treatment costs and weight loss. CONCLUSIONS: Accelerating the perioperative nutritional support of surgical nursing in the perioperative period of colorectal cancer can effectively relieve the pain and accelerate the recovery of patients during the perioperative period of colorectal cancer. It has a wide range of clinical value.
