目的 :中研Ⅰ、Ⅱ号复方对恒河猴感染SIVmac、SIVmac2 5 1实验观察T、B淋巴细胞增殖 ,血清 β2 -MG含量 ,T细胞亚群变化的实验研究。方法 :以猴免疫缺陷病毒SIVmac及SIVmac2 5 1感染猴 ,检测猴T、B细胞增殖变化 ,对感染猴血清 β2 -MG含量测定及对外周血CD+4T细胞百分数检测 ,观察中研Ⅰ、Ⅱ号对感染动物免疫调节作用和对免疫功能的影响。结果 :中研Ⅰ号能提高感染动物T、B细胞增殖。中研Ⅱ号提高模型动物CD4+ T细胞百分比 ,并降低动物血清 β2 -MG含量。结论 :中研Ⅰ、Ⅱ号复方均能提高感染动物免疫功能 ,并对动物免疫细胞有保护作用。
Objective: To observe the changes of T and B lymphocyte proliferation, serum β2 -MG content and T cell subpopulations in experimental rhesus monkeys infected with SIVmac and SIVmac2 51. METHODS: Monkeys were infected with monkey immunodeficiency virus SIVmac and SIVmac2 51 to detect the proliferation of monkey T and B cells. The serum β2-MG levels in infected monkeys and the percentage of peripheral blood CD+4 T cells were measured. Effects on immune regulation and immune function in infected animals. RESULTS: Sino-I can increase the proliferation of T and B cells in infected animals. Sinopharm II increased the percentage of CD4+ T cells in model animals and decreased the serum β2-MG content in animals. Conclusion : Compounds I and II of Chinese Research Institute can improve the immune function of infected animals and have protective effects on animal immune cells.
