目的了解深圳一期地铁开通后空气微生物的污染情况。方法按照《公共交通等候室卫生标准》GB9672-1996,《公共场所卫生监测技术规范》GB/T17220-1998和《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》对地铁站的站厅、站台进行检测。结果抽检深圳市18个地铁站795份空气样本,地面、地下一层、地下二层、地下三层和车厢细菌总数分别为619、720、587、548和382cfu/m3,未检出溶血性链球菌。结论深圳一期地铁开通后空气细菌总数全部合格,卫生状况良好。
Objective To understand the pollution of airborne microorganisms after the opening of a subway in Shenzhen. Methods The station hall and platform of the subway station were tested in accordance with GB9672-1996, Public Health Standards for Waiting Rooms, GB / T17220-1998, Technical Specifications for Health Monitoring in Public Places and Hygiene Code for Ventilation System of Central Air Conditioning System in Public Places. Results A total of 795 air samples were collected from 18 metro stations in Shenzhen. The total number of bacteria on the ground floor, basement 1, basement 2, basement 3 and carriage were 619, 720, 587, 548 and 382 cfu / m3, respectively. No hemolytic chain was detected Cocci. Conclusion The total number of airborne bacteria in the first phase of Shenzhen Metro was fully qualified and was in good hygienic conditions.
