介绍了基于IEC 61850标准的数字化稳控测试仪的研制方案,测试仪采用ARM+FPGA架构的高速硬件平台,并且结合稳控远方通道检验及智能稳控、备用电源自动投入装置检验的特殊要求,创新性地运用针对特定模型智能化设备测试的柔性算法,实现了数字化稳控测试仪多间隔电气量、多开关协调产生以及一键式备用电源自动投入装置整组测试等功能,解决了现有智能继电保护测试仪对数字化稳控装置检验平台难以满足的问题。
This paper introduces the development plan of digital stabilized control tester based on IEC 61850 standard. The tester uses the high-speed hardware platform of ARM + FPGA architecture. Combining with the special requirements of stable remote control and intelligent control of stand-by power supply, Innovative use of flexible algorithms for testing intelligent devices for specific models enables digital stability tester multi-interval electrical quantity, multi-switch coordinated production and one-button backup power automatic input device whole set of tests and other functions to solve the existing Intelligent relay protection tester digital stability control device inspection platform difficult to meet the problem.
