田间条件下,以3个莜麦(AvenanudaL.)品种(系)为母本同2个燕麦(A.sativaL.)品系配置双列杂交,研究裸粒性的遗传,结果表明,将莜麦型和中间类型计为一类(裸型)时,F2代有3裸型:1燕麦型和35裸型:29燕麦型两种分离比例。在3:1比例中,莜麦型和燕麦型均占20%~30%,而35:29中,燕麦型约占45%,莜麦型则在10%以下。两种比例中,中间型的比率相差不大,约为45%~55%。F1代主穗平均裸粒率与F2代裸型及莜麦型植株百分率间呈较高正相关,相关系数分别为0.817和0.917。
Under the field conditions, three lines of Avenanuda L. were used as the female parents and the two accessions of A.sativa L. were double-crossed to study the inheritance of nude grain. And the middle type as a category (naked type), F2 generation has 3 naked type: 1 oat type and 35 naked type: 29 oat type two kinds of separation ratio. In the 3: 1 ratio, both 莜 and oat types account for 20% to 30%, while in 35:29 oats account for about 45% and 莜 for less than 10%. In both cases, the ratio of the middle type is not much difference, about 45% ~ 55%. The average percentage of naked ear in main F1 generation was positively correlated with the percentage of naked type and mature type in F2 generation. The correlation coefficient was 0.817 and 0.917 respectively.
