近年来,随着“菜篮子”工程的实施,黄瓜管棚、温室生产迅速发展,迫切需要抗寒品种,进行早熟栽培。选育抗寒品种依赖于对抗寒资源的鉴定、筛选和利用,许多科研单位都开展了农作物的抗寒性生理鉴定指标、方法的研究,认为测定电导值,TTC法测定根系活力,测定叶绿素降低率,测定低温种子发芽能力均可作为鉴定指标。
