在综合考虑粘度、力学性能和储存期的基础上,研制了以混合芳香胺为固化剂的芳纶用湿法环氧配方,其浇注体力学性能与俄、美等国家湿法环氧配方及我国高性能干法配方性能相当,实验证明该湿法环氧配方与F12纤维浸润性及界面粘接性能均较高,其NOL环强度转化率均达87%,Φ150mm容器特性系数PV/Wc达35.8km,室温储存期约为24h,可在工程中应用。
Based on the comprehensive consideration of viscosity, mechanical properties and shelf life, aramid wet curing epoxy formulation with mixed aromatic amines as curing agent was developed. The mechanical properties of the casting compound were compared with those of wet epoxy formulations from Russia and the United States. China’s high-performance dry formula quite performance experiments show that the wet epoxy formula and F 12 fiber wettability and interfacial adhesion properties are high, the NOL ring strength conversion rate reached 87%, Φ150mm container coefficient of performance PV / Wc up to 35.8km, room temperature storage period of about 24h, can be used in engineering.
