首先针对径向滑动轴承处于紊流工况时实验模型相似分析理论研究,提出了两个新观点:(1)由于润滑油温粘关系为非相似函数[2,3],因此要使径向滑动轴承实验模型与原型温度场相似,必须使模型轴承中每一点的β,ρ,CV,μ,T′与实际轴承对应点的值相同;(2)根据不同物理法则所作用的主方向不同的原则,在不同方向选取不同的长度相似比例因子[4,5],可以使径向滑动轴承紊流工况时的实验模型与原型完全相似。然后根据152mm模型轴承实验数据选用δ1=0.5的长度比例因子,列举了一个紊流相似分析方法的实例。
Firstly, two new ideas are put forward for the theoretical analysis of the experimental model when the radial plain bearing is under turbulent flow conditions: (1) Because the temperature-viscosity relationship of the lubricating oil is a non-similarity function [2, 3] The experimental model of the sliding bearing is similar to the prototype temperature field, and the values of β, ρ, CV, μ, T ’of each point in the model bearing must be the same as the corresponding points of the actual bearing. (2) The main directions acting according to different physical laws , The principle of selecting similar length factors in different directions [4, 5] can make the experimental model of the radial plain bearing turbulent condition completely similar to the prototype. Then according to the experimental data of 152mm model bearing, choose the length scale factor of δ1 = 0.5, and give an example of a turbulence similarity analysis method.
