本文通过文献资料法、光学动作捕捉法对太极拳运动中的速度与位移进行捕捉,对太极拳运动中的张拉整体特性进行阐述。结果:太极拳运动是在有限稳定状态下,以闭链为主导形式,包含开链运动环节的整体性运动。结论:太极拳运动符合张拉整体学说对于空间结构的定义与描述,太极拳运动的人体开闭二链性现象源自人体筋膜网络的张拉整体效应。
This paper captures the speed and displacement of tai chi exercise through documentary method and optical motion capture method, and expounds the whole characteristics of tense during tai chi exercise. Results: Taijiquan exercise is under the condition of limited stability, with the closed chain as the leading form, which contains the integral movement of the open chain movement. Conclusion: The Taijiquan exercise conforms to the definition and description of the spatial structure of the general theory of tension. The bi-chain phenomenon of human body opening and closing of Taijiquan originates from the tensioning effect of human fascia network.
