为了验证加工中心电主轴自动松拉刀机构结构设计的合理性、工作原理的可行性,以及检测机构的使用寿命,研究了由传感器检测、液压装置驱动、机械手参与执行及PLC控制的测试系统。测试系统需主要解决如何判断机构运动中达到了锁刀状态或是松刀状态的问题,以及检测机构使用寿命的问题。测试系统通过在管路中放置传感器,根据传感器的输出来判断机构是否达到锁刀状态或是松刀状态;通过记录机构拉刀的次数,来分析机构的使用寿命及可靠性。
In order to verify the rationality of the structure design of the automatic spindle cutter in the machining center and the feasibility of the working principle and the service life of the testing mechanism, the test system of sensor testing, hydraulic device driving, manipulator participation and PLC control was studied. The test system needs to mainly solve the problem of how to judge whether the lock reaches the lock state or the loose knife state during the movement of the mechanism and the problem of detecting the service life of the mechanism. Test system by placing sensors in the pipeline, according to the sensor output to determine whether the mechanism to achieve the lock knife state or loose knife state; by recording the number of agencies to broach, to analyze the service life and reliability of institutions.
