详细研究了伺服压力机的负荷特性,建立了伺服压力机的负荷与运动曲线。针对伺服压力机模拟系统,分析了模拟的动态载荷。磁粉制动器是通过控制通入的励磁电流来控制输出转矩的转矩加载装置,为了使传统的磁粉制动器输出动态载荷,设计了一个励磁电流曲线可以自由设定的励磁电源,详细介绍了该励磁电源的硬件结构和软件流程的设计。实验证明,该励磁电源可以作为模拟加载装置的控制单元,并具有控制灵活,性能可靠,移植性强等优点。
The load characteristics of the servo press are studied in detail, and the load and movement curves of the servo press are established.
