去年笔者参加非营利性医疗机构价格检查,发现由于人们对医疗服务价格管理模式理解的角度不同,医院执行良莠不齐,故而引发医患纠纷,影响了社会和谐。对以下几个问题应予重视和妥善解决。检查发现的主要问题,一是医患双方互不信任表现突出。近年来由于医患双方不信任感加剧,导致医疗纠纷呈上升趋势,再加上医疗服务本身专业性强,医患双方信息沟通渠道不畅。且由于科技不断进步,新的医疗服务诊疗手段层出不穷,同样目的、不同医疗服务
Last year, the author participated in the price examination of non-profit medical institutions and found that due to the different understanding of the price management mode of medical services and the unequal implementation of hospitals, disputes between doctors and patients were caused and the social harmony was affected.
